Return and Refund Policy

Cancellations

Deposits will be refunded for cancellations made within 48 hours of the service.

Deposits will NOT be refunded for cancellations made within 24 hours of the service or no call/no shows.

 Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards your service, with the remaining balance due upon arrival. Please note that we are a cashless salon.

Appointment Based

We highly value your time and aim to provide each client with a peaceful and relaxing experience; therefore, we operate on an APPOINTMENT ONLY basis.
